Sheila Agee works out of her studio in Brandon, SD. She says her work reflects whatever nature has to offer – hoping to capture the light of the sky or reflect on the essence of a more intimate detail. Sheila works both “en plein air” and from photos, but finds it best to quickly abandon the restraints of the original image and just paint.
